It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of our Managing Partner, PMgr Vijayakumar T. Ponnusamy, on 4 March 2026.
Vijayakumar was a distinguished property professional with over three decades of experience in real estate and facilities management. He joined Raine, Horne & Zaki Property Management Sdn. Bhd. in 2002 as Head of Property Services and later led the firm’s Property Management Division, where his leadership played a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding the firm’s property and facilities management capabilities across Malaysia.
Over the course of his career, Vijayakumar oversaw a diverse portfolio of assets, including luxury residential developments, stratified properties, commercial office buildings, retail complexes, mixed-use developments, and purpose-built facilities. He was widely respected for his technical expertise, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to delivering high standards of service to clients and stakeholders.
Vijayakumar’s leadership, integrity, and dedication have left an enduring mark on the firm and the many people who had the privilege of working with him. He will be deeply missed by colleagues, clients, and friends.
